Leave it to a Marine....

to start giving PT to his 3-year-old! that's physical training... :)

But isn't my grandson a cutie? I just have to brag.

 "Just make sure you stay alert. Keep close watch over yourselves. Don't forget anything of what you've seen. Don't let your heart wander off. Stay vigilant as long as you live. Teach what you've seen and heard to your children and grandchildren." Deuteronomy 4:9 (MS)

There can be no greater goal than this. But you know me, I tend to read the last part of this verse and sluff off the first part. I too, need to be disciplined. Lord, help me with those crunches.....

 Now, about Marine PT? That's a horse of another color. :)

PT for the whole family is not a bad idea. :-}

I love the jumping jacks and the little bow at the end. How adorable! Sometimes when I'm shopping at our Commissary, there will be a dad who has his three little sons with him marching up and down the aisles. So cute.

Thanks ya'll. It was just too cute to keep it to myself. Thanks for thinking it was darling, too. :)

What an adorable grandson with a delightful laugh. Looks like he is loving PT with his daddy. I am trying to impress into my kids how we need to stay vigilant these days. It seems as if it is becoming increasingly easier to slip off course.

Hope you are enjoying a wonderful spring (without any more lizzards in your shoe) with plenty of beautiful sunshine.
