Sun Visors and Tie Downs

I know this pic is not good, but I saw it in the want ads. A "purple" jeep! But get the added perks--fold and swing sun visors. Whoo Hoo, that's for me! Also has cargo tie-downs. Now who can go wrong with that? Bwuaaahaaaa......

Would that make you want to check it out because of those selling points?

"Our work as God's servants gets validated-or not-in the details. People are watching us as we stay at our post, alertly, unswervingly...in hard times, tough times, bad times..." 2 Corinthians 6:3-4

Does my life exhibit the good selling points of my faith? Or do they just see "fold and swing belief", changing with the sun?

Lord, may my engine run until I'm done.

I love how you pull us right in and it's short and sweet! You would do great with those devotional writings... :O)

Karen, you're amazing. I can honestly say I've never heard anyone compare faith to sun visors before, but you do it so well!

Just love it! We have to find you a market.

Karen you certainly have an eye for finding the unusual then finding God in that. Teaches me to remember to pay attention with eyes wide open. thanks for the reminder

"Fold and swing belief" - excellent line! And not what I want in my life either. Please gather these together for FCWC.

Diane, thanks, my writing buddies tell me to try that, too. hummmm...

Laura, I know, I'm just too quirky. Say maybe that should be my "title."

Linda, and Jeanie, thanks, I think my mind is just wired to the plain and simple. :)

Janean, I just loved that additional selling point.

Dave, I know-purple?--only in FL.

Johnnie, that line just leant itself to the post. Okay, for the FL writers conference, I will try....

You had me at fold and swing. ;)

Ah, this would not tempt me to sign my name on the line. Now, if it was a purple Mercedes, then we could talk.

You are so clever! I love your brain and your writing.

Connie, thanks for stopping by. Yep, my mind is wired a bit different, I think. :P

Jeanette, a Purple Mercedes???? How fun you are!

My hubby had a purple geo for years (much to his chagrin!).

Great analogy--we do need to be careful what we are putting out there. People notice.

Dawn, that's funny. My hubbie would be the same way.
